We understands the importance of ensuring we operate to a strict recruitment practise to maintain a visible and fair system.  In order to maintain this, the recruitment team follow the below:

  • As recruitment professionals, we will dress, act and behave as such, prove ourselves as experts in our industry and we will treat all candidates with courtesy and respect, from the initial first impression to the exit interview on completion of their first contract.  In return, we also expect to be treated fairly and with respect.
  • We will provide all recruitment services, free of charge to candidates.
  • From responding to all initial applications in a timely manner to meeting our candidate expectations through individual attention, we will smile and be friendly and have honesty and integrity in all we do.
  • We will look at the candidates, internal stakeholders and client’s needs and do our very best to provide the right candidate at the right time.
  • We will continuously review our processes to ensure we are offering the very best experience to candidates, minimising the number of interviews and office visits necessary.

If at any time, a candidate is abusive, we reserve the right to withdrew our services and refrain from further communication.
